Thanks Marc! Looks like the mirrored ZenCoding README is unreadable
http://github.com/vim-scripts/ZenCoding.vim

And Scala goes in the wrong directory as you say:
http://github.com/vim-scripts/scala.vim

Since most files go in plugin or the archives have the correct
layouts, I think I lucked out on the rest of those. :)
