W13: file has been created after editing started

Hi All,

Since a few weeks I sometimes get a strange warning message when loading
a sessionfile (with the sessionman plugin in GVim 7.3 on Ubuntu 11.04):

W13: Warning: File "profiles/foobar/foobar.install" has been created
after editing started

(in the error dialog i can click 'ok' and 'load file', when i choose
'load file', the file loads as it should have in the first place)

I'm certain that the file exists before i launch Vim, because i worked
on it before closing Vim the previous time (sessionman automatically
saves the session when i quit vim). I can't really reproduce the steps
to get the warning, sometimes i get it, sometimes all the files just
load without any problem.

Just to be sure the file really exists I checked it while the warning
dialog was still open:

$ ll profiles/foobar/foobar.install
-rw-r--r-- 1 jeroen jeroen 780 2011-05-25 16:02
profiles/foobar/foobar.install
$ date
Thu May 26 08:46:19 CEST 2011

Does anyone have an idea what could cause this warning? Google didn't
really help much.

Thx!
Jeroen
