Problems with EasyMotion Plugin (gVim)

I am trying to use the vim plugin EasyMotion and get no response.
According to the plugin directions I should be able to use the
following to engage the plugin:

<leader><leader>w

I have mapped my leader key to " , " with confirmation with :echo
mapleader

:scriptnames - returns only my /Vimfiles/vim73/ directories so I
have had to place the easymotion.vim file in the /vimfiles/vim73/
plugin directory.

After doing so, I get the following errors when launching gvim.exe
