[ANN] EasyColour 1.1.0: Colour Schemes made Easy!

Following on from the comments from Ben Fritz and Xell Liu, I've
updated EasyColour to allow custom colours to be defined and to allow
easy linking between highlight groups, so you can now do:

Colours:
CoralRed:#FF4040
BurntSienna:#E97451
Light:
Normal:Black,White
Comment:CoralRed,Style=Bold
Character:BurntSienna,Yellow
Conditional:@Character

Other features (suggestions of missing highlight groups and export
into native Vim Script) will follow as soon as I have time to write
the code.
