autocmds triggered when changing netrw directories?

Hi, which autocmds get triggered when I change directories in a netrw window?

In version 7.3.762, BufWinEnter gets triggered.

In version 7.4.126, it seems that BufWinEnter does not get triggered, even when browsing to a newly visited directory, which gets a new buffer number.

I need to update certain options (e.g., &b:path) when there is a change to the directory I'm viewing in a netrw window.
