error using c.vim link

I am using vim version 7.4.52 on ubuntu 14.04 i386
the file /usr/lib/gcc/i686-linux-gnu/4.8/../../../i386-linux-gnu/crt1.o
exists but of course /build/buildd/eglibc-2.19/csu/../sysdeps/i386 does not
