!lua % command in gVIM 7.4 on WINDOWS7

Hello everyone :) How are you doing today?
After struggling with VIM for hours, I decided to search for help, since I
found this is not a Lua issue, but a VIM one, I decided to look for help.
OK I'll be direct.

I have this:
<http://vim.1045645.n5.nabble.com/file/n5724689/foo_bar_image.png>

And if I try the command : !lua %
/!lua for executing lua scripts and % the path to the file/

I get this:
<http://vim.1045645.n5.nabble.com/file/n5724689/from_vim_console.png>

*But here it get's interesting!*
When I try to execute the lua file (main.lua) using CMD, I get this:
<http://vim.1045645.n5.nabble.com/file/n5724689/jeff.png>

I'd appreciate any help :)

Is it a lua interpret path? is lua's version conflicting? I use Lua 5.1.4
and VIM is 7.4.

TIA.
