That is very possible.
Anyways, we can stop the thread here.
I found a partial workaround, that works because I always set that
line "enabled = False" in the same place, the first item in a block in
INI style files.
Therefore, I know the region I need to match starts with
\[.*\]\n^enabled = False$
and ends with blank line.
That works, even if it is not too professional.
