Hi everyone,
Like many other blind persons, I have accumulated a large number of
books, saved in txt and other formats. I also have a lot of personal
files and saved articles.
I know the command line offers a variety of ways to do word searches and
pattern matching throughout the disk. But my question is:
is there a VIM plugin or other cli tool that makes it easy to do
research on a large number of local files, as if one were using a
local-disk google?
For example, I am assuming that journalists were not using crep commands
when searching through large number of leaked files. I am hoping there
are more user-friendly tools out there for non-techies like myself.
Thanks,
Fernando
