...or you can download Vim and gvim 7.2.446 from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/cream/files/ as a replacement for the
7.2.0 you (Xavier) downloaded from ftp.vim.org . On that same page,
click the clipboard-like icon at the right end of the line for
gvim-7-2-446.exe (the one-click installer) to see the output of :version
for the gvim build included in it.

Vim 7.3a beta is available but only in source form: if you want it, you
can have it, but you'll have to compile it yourself (it's not very hard;
speak up if you're interested).
