the content of ~/.vim/bundle/vim2hs/ftdetect/heist.vim is just:
autocmd BufNewFile,BufRead *.tpl setlocal filetype=heist
the content of ~/.vim/ftplugin/smarty.vim is:
au BufRead,BufNewFile *.tpl set filetype=smarty
(plus some other code fir match it)
