Well, how would you otherwise determine the filename? You didn't
mention in your original post that the filename came from your
source file, so the running assumption was that you had a fixed
catalog of filenames you wanted to produce.

Having sample data from your file, and the filenames (and how
they're determined) for that file would help produce a more accurate
solution to your problem.
