It works from call within Vim with :
call remote_expr("JOB_1", "SchedulingTask('".a:plannedHour."','".a:expr."')")

and not with
!start cmd /c "vim --servername JOB_1 --remote-expr SchedulingTask('2014 04 21 14:30:00','echo toto')"
