How do you use <buffer=abuf> for buffer local autocmds.
According to the `:help <buffer=abuf>` an example usage would be
:au CursorHold <buffer=abuf> echo 'hold'
However this always seems to error out with
E680: <buffer=0>: invalid buffer number
