Please install netrw v138b.
Use the default _vimrc of the windows installation.
Please type:
gvim file1
i (to go to insert mode)
CTRL-O :e . (to launch netrw)
Result: The list is displayed in normal mode. Clicking on file2
results in file2 being opened in normal mode.
Remarks:
1/ Insert mode is kept if "set insertmode" is used instead of "i"
2/ Insert mode was kept (also with "i") in version v137o
If the v138b behaviour intentional or buggy?
I would prefer keeping the insert mode (to be consistent with CTRL-
O :e file2 which keeps the insert mode).
Best regards
Jean Johner
