Question about moving windows

Hello, everyone.

In vim,
CTRL-W K J H L can be used to move the current window to be at the
very top bottom left and right.

But is there any way to move current window as following ?

Before:
+---------+--------+
| window1 | window2|
| +--------+
| | window3|
+---------+--------+

After:
+---------+--------+
| window2 | window3|
+---------+ |
| window1 | |
+---------+--------+
