As already mentioned,
:help index
will tell you all default key _bindings_ for all modes, in the absence
of _mappings_. To see the latter, and where they were set, use both
:verbose map
:verbose map!
(with ! for Insert/Replace and Command-line modes, without it for
Normal, Visual and Operator-Pending), see

:help :map-verbose

:help :verbose-cmd
