Have you tried
fakeclip : pseudo clipboard register for non-GUI version of Vim
http://vim.sourceforge.net/scripts/script.php?script_id=2098

I think some people use Yankring
http://vim.sourceforge.net/scripts/script.php?script_id=1234
for the same purpose.
