Please don't top post. It is general list consensus to trim quotes and
reply inline.
The global variable v:fcs_choice determines, what should happen, if vim
detects that the buffer has been modified outside of vim. In this case,
you modified the buffer by setting the execute attribute to the shell
script and by setting v:fcs_choice to reload you tell vim to silently
reload the file and do not bother the user to ask whether he would like
to reload the file, which has been modified outside vim.
