Current version is 7.2.411 with some recent patches about Ruby:

2809 7.2.236 Mac: Compiling with Ruby doesn't always work
2839 7.2.360 Ruby on MS-Windows: can't use sockets
23442 7.2.361 Ruby 1.9 is not supported
1623 7.2.368 (after 7.2.361) append line with Ruby interface doesn't work

You can't compile original Vim 7.2 archive with Ruby 1.9
