I am not sure I understand. So please provide more details.
Could you please in more detail show, what the file looks like?
Where is the top node? How can you distinguish the different levels of
hierachy? And secondly, how would you like the result to be displayed? Do
you want to modify your file? Or would you rather have the hierarchy shown
in a separate window?
It would help to provde a before/after example.
