"+y in vim put all stuff to "* not to "+

Have a nice day to everyone! I have a question:
Why vnoremap <C-Insert> "+y in vim visual mode puts all stuff to "* not to "+
But "+y in vim working fine. In gvim all working fine.
linux gentoo + rxvt-unicode
clipboard=autoselect,exclude:cons\|linux
