Presenting Vii 1.0

Thank you all

for your input. After 8 weeks of development today I
present the first release of the Vii, a Vim clone in Python.

While the command line is still sparse with only "edit", "write"
and "quit", there is already a rich set in motions and editing options.
Enough that I can call this piece of Python an editor.

In what it already can do, it really feels like Vim. Don't expect it
to be really useful at this time, but I hope it is getting more than
a prove of concept over the years and will finally find it's
community.

For me it was an challenging experience to write my very own editor,
to find out what is required and how it all works together.

I followed the help pages of Vim, but didn't examine it's sources.
So despite the same behaviour the architecture may be different.
I don't know, yet.

I will stop developing for now and do the next session likely in next
winter.

Awaiting to be discovered:

* Full-blown command line interpreter of VimScript.
* Management of multiple windows and buffers.
* Text parsing to apply syntax highlighting and stuff.

You find the Vii on Github: https://github.com/elmar-hinz/Python.Vii

Hope to see you as members of the project over time.

Kind Regards

Elmar
