automatization with VIM, avoid flickering

Hello,

I have success with automatization using VIM 8.2

Is it possible without flickering?

I run the script in VSCode and therein

I start VIM in powershell by the command

 Start-Process with the options  -wait -NoNewWindow 

but a the screen is easily blinking.
