You don't need a plugin for that. It is simple by defining a
dictionary and use that in the :s command.

let dict = {'Ñ': ',,', 'Ö': '\dots{}'}

:exe "%s/".join(keys(dict), '\|').'/\=dict[submatch(0)]/eg'
