Dr. Chip's adress is listed in $VIMRUNTIME/syntax/sh.vim as:
" Maintainer: Charles E. Campbell <NdrOchipS@PcampbellAfamily.Mbiz>
which is intentionally obfuscated to avoid spamming. Remove the
letters making up NOSPAM to get his actual email address.
