Something weird, like this ???

function! MyPaste() abort
nnoremap <silent> <buffer> p p
let &scrolljump=1
execute "normal p"
let &scrolljump=-50
nnoremap <silent> <buffer> p :call MyPaste()<CR>
endfunction

nnoremap <silent> <buffer> p :call MyPaste()<CR>
