Yes, indeed.

In win32 gvim with AZERTY keyboard it is not possible any more to
enter CTRL-] shortcut.

In version before patch 8.2.4807 it was possible to enter CTRL-]
by pressing '$' key on AZERTY while holding CTRL key. In the trunk
version of win32 gvim CTRL + '$' is not working any more.

In my opinion that is a real regression, introduced somewhere
between 8.2.4807 and current revision of gvim. ```iskeyword```
setting is unrelated here. Please feel free to file a bug report
on https://github.com/vim/vim/issues.

PS: CTRL+ALTGR+")" do not work as well - neither in pre 8.2.4807
nor in recent win32 gvim build. (Was last hope since ALTGR+")" =
"]" on AZERTY)
