How to copy to or paste from clipboard at mac OS X

I am using MacVim now, copy paste is a very big trouble for me.

If I use Cmd+V to paste, the indent and some auto things will make the code totally chaos.

If I select and use Cmd+C to copy, the line number will include in the code

I am mess up
