launch vim or gvim as silent service under windows

Hi,

I would like to 2 things.

1/ Is it possible to launch vim or gvim as silent process or service
under windows.
2/ one it is launched, is it possible to catch keyboard entered key
and store them into a file or sending them to another vim client on
network?
