Vim works quite well on lesser specs, so I'm pretty sure that based on
the OP's previous feedback, it's some Lua plugin/script that is
causing the problem (non-Lua files seem to edit without slowdown).
Once that is removed/debugged, it should be fine. No need to rebuild
Vim :-)
