Strange behavior in terminal over tmux

I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 server over ssh. Tmux runned with tmux -2 new My
tmux config here
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Bravo13/tmux/master/.tmux.conf
So, if I run vim and try to open NERDTree, I've got this
artifact(http://screencast.com/t/xZzq2fOn) As you can see, somy symbols
are gone, others are moved. Same without tmux. But, I also used vim with
this config and environment in another VPS - all works good. So I
suppose trouble in some ubuntu settings or locales or something else
with current environment. Thx for your advices
