background fails for gvim

Hi,

let FuncRef1 = awl#writefiles(firstPart,destdir)
call job_start([$vimruntime."/gvim.exe", '-c', FuncRef1])


background fails and then I'am waiting this job_start before passing to the next one.

Have an idea?
