The list is running for years on google and no one has ever had a

If you really want to keep your privacy, it might be better to use a
system like tor browser, which you could use to setup a pseudo account
on google. That might be a good idea to do in general, if you don't
trust Google Facebook or any other one.
So while I agree, that people nowadays need to be conscious about what
they do on the net, I don't think it applies to this lists here.
