Hi Marc. Just wondering if you've had a chance to look at adding the
collaborator feature?
I'd find it very useful.

I would allow collaborators to do anything other than removing other
collaborators -- only the script author can do that. If the script
author is MIA then the remaining collaborators can send vim.org an
email asking to have someone else specified as the script author.

If you don't trust someone, don't add them as a collaborator!
