I don't know for sure. I use Google Reader, and with that
interface I was able to scroll back to December 1, 2010 before I
lost interest in checking further. But I don't know how much
history is kept in the actual RSS .xml file, so it's not clear
to me how often your feed reader would have to poll to keep from
missing anything.
