Pathogen breaks my python syntax highlighting for some reason.

Here is my .vimrc file:

call pathogen#infect()
call pathogen#runtime_append_all_bundles()
syntax on
filetype plugin indent on
set rtp+=~/.vim/bundle/vundle/
set nocompatible
filetype off
filetype plugin indent on
syntax on
call vundle#rc()
let g:EclimNailgunclient = 'external'
set history=700
set autoread
set so=7
set wildmenu
set ruler
set tabstop=2
set cmdheight=2
set hid
set backspace=eol,start,indent
set ignorecase
set smartcase
set nobackup
set nowb
set noswapfile
set expandtab
set shiftwidth=2
set number
set guifont=Menlo:h16
set linebreak
set wildmode=longest:full
set noerrorbells
set more
au FileType * setl fo-=cro "disable autocomment"
if has("gui_macvim")
let macvim_hig_shift_movement = 1
syntax on
set hlsearch
colorscheme slate
set ruler
set tabstop=2
set guifont=Menlo:h16
set noerrorbells
endif

and here are the bundles and .vim/bundle files:
[jean-marcelbelmont@Jean-Marcel-Belmonts-MacBook-Pro]~/.vim 630 % ls bundle

Python 3.2 syntax highlighting is not working right.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
