Folding #ifdef and #ifndef in fortran

Hi to everyone,

I'm searching a method to automatic folding of #ifdef and #ifndef blocks in my fortran 90 code. The easiest solution (in my opinion) is to have all #ifdef blocks closed when I open a .f90 file and then open them manually with 'zO' or 'zo' when I'm on the block with the cursor.

The best (but I don't know if it's possible) is that vim reads the def.h file and sets automatically #ifdef and #ifndef block opened or closed...

I hope someone understand my request and, of course, my bad english.
