How to join vim maillist vim@vim.org

Hi, deal all Vim user,

I am a big fun in using vim, my favorite editor. I want to join the mail list vim@vim.org. As described in the manual of web site: http://www.vim.org/maillist.php. I have wrote an empty email to: vim-subscribe@vim.org, I was using my most-frequently used email to subscribe the mail list, fuqi.qin@****.com (not a gmail account), and I am using outlook as my emial management software. But in last, I got the email send by mailer-daemon@google.com, which has the contend:

Hello fuqi.qin@******.com,

The group you attempted to subscribe to is invite only. You must be invited by the group owner.
