I am using Windows 7.
From Command Prompt:
C:\Users\wolf\Documents>vim -d a.txt b.txt
This pops up:
C:\PROGRA~2\Vim\vim74\vim.exe is not a valid Win32 application.
I click "OK" and Command Prompt says:
Access is denied.
