Intenting switch/case in vim with php

Hey all,

I'm having an indentation problem that I can't figure out how to solve.
Given the following code:

switch ($foo) {
case 'bar':
case 'baz:
zook();
break;
}

Now I run the indention on it by visual select & =, or just 1G=G.

However, what happens is the following:

switch ($foo) {
case 'bar':
case 'baz':
zook();
break;
}

Not quite what I want to happen. Anyone know why it's doing that?
