Align one line to another

I'd like to find a way to align one or more lines with the same
indentation as (say) the previous line:
Example :
"""Main entry point for this module.
Process all.
Delete all."""
To
"""Main entry point for this module.
Process all.
Delete all."""
I'm looking at a 'Quick reference Card' at
http://tnerual.eriogerg.free.fr/vimqrc.html and
under
'Advanced insertion'
are some clues, but <blush> I am unable to decipher them.
thanks
