MiniBufExpl on the left

Hi,

I've been using MiniBufExpl for a long time but recently discovered
it's possible to put it on the left side instead of the top. This is
handy for me since I also use NERDTree and the two seems to be
conflicting a bit for which gets the most outer split when NERDTree is
on the left.

I'd love to have these changes for MiniBufExpl;
- Have it on the right side instead of left,
- Buffers named like "# name" instead of "[#:name]"
- Have the width of the split adjust to the longest open buffer name,
instead of a maximum amount of characters.

Are any or all of these possible without modifying the plugin? Else,
I'd need to get into vim scripting and make a fork =)
