For anyone wondering about the links at the Vim Tips wiki,
I have changed all the links at vim.wikia.com, and checked
that they work.

All pages have been fixed, but for the next day or two, the
search system may still claim that the old URLs exist because
it takes a while before it rebuilds its search database.
