Sorry, I missunderstood your email.
If you know that its a plugin, you also know how to track it down
(disable plugins until the issue is gone). Wondering why you haven't
done that before writing the mail?
So rename ~/.vim or _vim (windows?) and retry. If the you issue is gone
it was you installing a plugin. Then you should drop individual files in
~/.vim/plugin/*.vim and retry. Otherwise its the fault of plugin files
distributed with Vim (unlikely).
If you know which plugin it is and you depend on it try posting all the
information we might need to reproduce the issue, so that we can help
fixing it. Most important: Plugin name and location where you got it
from.
