Mapping <*-CR>

Hi all,

I'm using ViM 7.3 on FreeBSD 9.1 and I have some troubles with mapping <C-CR> and <S-CR>:

map <C-CR> A
map <S-CR> A

It doesn't work, have you the same issue or an idea of a solution?
