Vim in a single file

I wonder wheter one can bundle vim and runtime in a single file. What I need is a syntax highlight for Lisp and Scheme. And that is all. The point is that my co-workers are always forgetting to include the run time in their pen-drive, not installing it properly, etc. I also would rather use a smaller distribution, like vim 5.xx. To make a long story short, I want distribution 5.xx in a single file, that I can run withouth installing, syntax higlight for Lisp and Racket.
