Problem in comments.vim

Dear Sir/Madam,

While un-commenting a file in vim editor we use CNTROL+X, thanks to the comments.vim file. It un-comments the line where the cursor is but it does not go to the next line automatically which is the case while commenting. I will be really grateful to you, if you can help with that.
