Need help with creating my own syntax file.

Greeting guys,

I need to create syntax for my own "exam" source file. The basic
format is as the following:
I want to bold the text in between <b> and </b> and also highlight
control texts like <q> <b> </b> <c>.....
How can I achieve this?

<q>
<b>This is question 1. </b>
<c>option 1.</c>
<c>option 2.</c>
<c>option 3.<ANS></c>
<c>option 4.</c>
<c>option 5.</c>
</q>
