well, how about using *abbreviations* for all these?
iab Yfor for(i=0;i ;i++)
iab Yvec vector< >::iterator it = xxx.begin(), end = xxx.end()
iab Ywhi while (my ($k,$v) = each %
then you might see all available
abbreviations with ":iab Y".
not a menu.. rather a workaround.
but one that's easily done. :-)
